Dosages

Storage
Unopened bottles of Cellagon can be keep in their box in a cupboard and will last for up to a year (the best before date on the first bottle of Cellagon you open will be the same for all the bottles in your order, and is located on the bottle label indicated by punched numbers for the year and month).
Please keep the opened bottle that you are currently using refridgerated. Cellagon fits nicely into your fridge door for this purpose.
Don't Remove the Magnet!
When you open your first bottle of Cellagon you will notice that there is a magnet on the bottom held on by a plastic cap, slotted onto the bottom of the bottle. The magnet has a very important role. Not only does it rotate the molecules in the concentrate so that they are kept free of bacterial or fungal attack (the magnet is one reason the concentrate stays fresh for so long) but it also keeps them in their natural, energetic 'bioactive' state. Dilution
You can dilute Cellagon with any amount of water, however most people enjoy the taste of 20ml in a large, tumbler sized glass of water. Alternatively you can mix it into juice, such as grapefruit juice, if you prefer. For kids you can hide Cellagon in tomato ketchup if they don't like the juice, although most kids love it. If you have a very sweet tooth and prefer your Cellagon neat or with very little water, it is advisable that you drink water separately to make sure that you are not dehydrated. This is because all the reactions in the body that the nutrients in Cellagon are used for require water, so the more hydrated you are the quicker everything can happen and you will feel much more energetic throughout the day.
When to Take
Most people enjoy Cellagon in the morning to enjoy the benefits throughout the day, although you can have it at any time of the day, with or without food. Cellagon is importantly alkaline, which is calming on the tummy and easily absorbed.
Detox
You may notice some detox from drinking Cellagon. This is because the thousands of natural antioxidants present have a very real effect in the body and tend to draw toxins out and eliminate them. Also the probiotics in Cellagon aurum will replace any bad bacteria that you might have in your digestive tract, moving the other through. On top of this the fibre in all the ingredients that make up Cellagon is still present and this moves food and waste through your system. The net effect is that after a few days up to a week, you may notice faster movements through your system. This is nothing uncomfortable and will not interfere with your life at all, just something you will notice. The extent to which you feel this will depend on your existing diet and lifestyle as well.
