Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT. Please note that we only deliver to UK mainland if Cellagon
products are ordered online. Shippings costs are free for delivery to the UK
mainland on bottle combinations of 5 bottles of Cellagon. For orders of 3 bottles,
shipping costs to the UK mainland are calculated based on quantity of products
ordered and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be displayed before
you finalise your order.
Sales Agreement
All products, services and prices shown online are not legally binding. After
entering all personal contact information and clicking through to the order
confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation
immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement
is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent. If you do not receive
confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no
longer bound to your purchase.

Delivery
Delivery is managed by DHL. Information about availability and delivery period
are estimated between 2-3 working days from the order being sucessfully completed.
A tracking number may be requested which will allow you to monitor the progress
of your delivery. Envida is not responsible for administering delivery and logistics
following the unsucessful delivery of your products, where a recipient is not
available to receive the parcel on delivery. In this instance the customerwill
be responsible for liaising with DHL to arrange a re-delivery or collection
from a DHL depot.
Cancellation and refunds
You may withdraw from the sale within 14 days without any justification, as
long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or if you
return the goods to us, unopened and in their original packaging. Any goods
not in this condition will not be refunded. If you are a professional buyer
or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall
apply.The time frame for the return of goods begins when you have received the

The buyer is responsible for all costs related to the return of the goods. We may arrange for collection through our preferred courier company if requested. A refund for the relevant amount will be credited to the same account from which the goods were purchased on receipt of the returned goods by Envida.
